There are many reasons to support Reservists within your organisation. Quite apart from the major role they play in assisting our Regular Forces in times of crisis or humanitarian need, their training makes them a considerable asset to any employer.
Dedicated and hard working individuals, they willingly give their own time to undertake their training commitments. The skills they learn, such as leadership, self-confidence and the ability to perform well under pressure, are as useful in the workplace as they are in the field. In addition, those employers who have chosen to publicly pledge their support also have the added benefit of attracting high calibre recruits to their organisation, as Reservists use our online listing as a tool to seek out the best prospective employers.
